How does it work?
Confirm technology utilizes a glass bead construction to reflect a secure covert image when illuminated with a focused light source. The covert features are authenticated only by those with the proper training and tools. Overt features, including subsurface printed graphics and other image effects, can be added to increase security, ease of authentication, and visual attractiveness.

Typical applications of 3M Confirm Authentication Products include securing electronics, pharmaceuticals, passports, and other government identification documents. Typical formats include pressure sensitive labels, fragile tape, windowed labels, or security strips on various label stocks.
How do you verify?
Covert images are visible under a focused light source such as a 3M™ Handheld Retroreflective Verifier.
